BTL
BTL, What area of the state are we talking about here. If it is the same lake, stay off MY favorite lake OT region. Tons of pike in there? I claimed the lake years ago, I put that one reed there as a marker
TonyKay
here is something a little different than the usual in this thread. i decided to treat my native fish to some feeder rosies. i didnt realize the king of the tank would over indulge himself so much. This guy is usually on a diet of waxies and night crawlers, apparently he likes the taste of fresh fish as well Sorry for the poor quality of the pictures as my good camera is dead and i wanted to get a shot of this before he, ahem, lightens his load. BTL
Cool tank pics! I kept a small largemouth in a tank once, and then made the mistake of putting a smallmouth in with him . Poor largie never stood a chance.

smalliehunter
My 2 favorite pictures of the year. Just wondering if anyone else can pick a favorite picture of the entire year
mww24
Good idea Smalliehunter. This is my favorite pic of the year. We were panfishing a small lake by my house. I always let my boy fish the front if were just drifting the weeds. He thinks he's controlling the trolling motor but doesn't realize he has to hit the momentary button. he watches the graph and everything to look for depth and weed lines. Bass Whacker
I took my dad for a float trip down the cannon river for his birthday this year. I bet we caught close to a hundred smallies that day.
Slabasaurus
for perspective, the hole has an 8" diameter 20" & 4.5lbs This is my largest measured LM, not sure if it's my actual PB or not as I did catch some beasts this summer at the cabin... but yeah, it's definitely my "offical PB" caught 1/14 on a metro lake on a flutter-spoon tipped with a fathead. FBMH
One of many bass we caught over the weekend. Each bass went about 3.5 to 4lbs and anywhere from 16-20in. Had a blast on the tipups!
Bass Whacker
Caught this pig this morning while crappie fishing. It was suspended over 16 feet of water. The fish almost emptied my spool twice before I finally got her up the hole.
