I am glad you rang in. I have been saying the same thing on a few other threads in here and I have been listening to the "waambulance" for days now. It's the economy, it's the weather, it's the gas prices, blah blah blah. What it is is a pathetic fan base who can not sell out a 60K dome for ONE PLAYOFF GAME. Now I have to wonder, had the Twinks managed to beat my beloved White Sox in that one game playoff (which was a sellout in minutes, not days, here in the Windy) would the Twinks have struggled as mightily to sell out 2 or 3 home playoff games??? Let the games begin.

Maybe I will even go on line and buy a pair of tickets to the Queens game, just to say it took a Bears fan from Chicago to let all the Queens fans watch the game in the comfort of their homes instead of listening to it on the radio!!!

Getting off topic but.... The Twins would've sold out there tickets in a few hours. Prices are more affordable and you have to buy them in strips so all the games would've sold out. Parking is cheaper also at a Twins game. The Twins overachieved and I think Minnesotan's were behind them. (They sold out the final game of the CHISOX beatdown series at the end of the year. Had the 163rd game been played where it should've been, it would have sold out just as fast as it did in Chi town!) The Vikings are inconsistent and as much as I want to cheer for them and want them to win this game... It's the Vikings so they'll probably dissapoint us all.

I knew that, that's why I said it. But really dude, don't you agree that this is pretty pathetic that they can not sell out one game? And you did issue a pretty good beatdown in that last series but remember, he who laughs last laughs best and we did get the last laugh in on the Twinks. Should be another wild season coming in a few months! Later.

yeah it is sad that we aren't behind the team and can't sell the game out. Im not really one to talk as I didn't buy any tickets either. Still when a team makes the playoffs especially around here where it doesn't happen often, you would think it would have been as hot of a ticket as the Dolphins were. Maybe everyone is saving there money for Twins tickets

I like Football but there is no way I'm gonna pay $160 for 1 ticket. I was listening to an interview with a season ticket holder and she claimed that they were told they had to purchase blocks of 4 tickets for 1 playoff game and 4 for the second. That would have cost her $1900. Let the Greedy bastages rot. LA Vikings...has a nice ring to it.

Glad to hear it sold out - figured someone would pick up whatever tickets remained. Paul Allen is a great commentator and one of the best in the NFL. I also love listening to the show on KFAN because he gets so into the Vikings that he alone helps build some type of enthusiam for our team! GO VIKES!

I like PA's play by play, if there weren't such a delay on TV time, I'd do the whole no sound on TV and listen to it by radio.

They are hired by the Vikes to be the Vikings announcers. Their listeners are 99.5% Vikings fans. They only do Vikings games. I think being bias is part of the job description. Can you tell me any local announcers, for any team, in any sport that aren't?

I like PA calls of the game I would do the same thing like yopaulpinkfloydbecuase i can not stand the guys on the tv it seems the can not call the plays right it wrong players and the worst one of the is madden or pauly guy from monday night.just my 2cents
