I Think it will be Danny tonight.. Picked way to big a song.. What was he thinking?.. Kris could go home too..

and if I were honest, I really think its Allisons turn, but she did well enough in her own genre to stay.

I felt tonight was almost unfair to Danny and Kris, neither of them have the voice for ROCK..

Adam, brought it, and performed above and beyond when even he should have done.

Not sure on whether it will be Kris or Danny but it has to be one of those two. Danny has always had a pretty huge following and has never been in the bottom three but Kris has been gaining some momentum for the past three or four weeks. I think Allison might have been in trouble before Adam rescued her with that smokin hot duet! She should be safe even though I was not crazy about her song choice or performance. Adam is a man playing against children, it is almost not fair! Unless they come up with some wild catagory that he can just not sign I think you can start carving his name on the trophy.

Kris and Danny had the unlucky timing of really being out of their elements with rock week. They are just NOT rock singers! One of them is going home.

I thought Allyson and Adam were good. I just couldnt buy Danny singing 'Dream On'.

Yeah I agree with all. Adam was just out of this world. Kris and Danny were just trying to survive. They were tough to listen too. Allison song was kind of boring. My bottom two would be Kris/Allison.....

I agree, I thought Danny had a really tough night but I think he's got plenty of fans who will give him a pass and vote for him anyway.

Simon was right last night when he said that Adam saved Allison's bacon last night in the duet. They made Danny and Kris look boring and silly last night...

Did you notice how much more INTERESTING straight ahead classic rock is than any other genre of music? You can have your angst-ridden, metrosexual crooners - I'll take classic rock any day...

Just watched it. Adam was rediculous. I think this was his best week. But then that voice was made for Rock. It was the first time I didn't have a lot of annoyance with him. I thought he went a little over the top on Slow Ride, but it was a heck of a duet. I thought Allison did fine on her song and I didn't mind Chris. But holy cow did Danny mess up with that song choice. He should have done a Pearl Jam song or something to that effect. Based on last night, I would say Danny is gone.

Looks like America wanted a guys night out next week, dumped the red head! Not a total shock, I don't think she stood out any more than Kris or Danny did last night, on their own. Where she did better was with Adam but I think whoever was with Adam was gonna look good on rock night. The only thing that will stop Adam is if America gets lazy and thinks he has it in the bag or if by some miracle they come up with a song genre in the next two weeks that he falls on his face, maybe opera! He could sing the phone book and make it sound interesting. Rock on Adam!

I don't think it matters at this point. The 13 yr old girls are the deciding factor in all this - as they will vote a ridiculous number of times. They are the ones who kept the Hardy boys in this week.

Even if Adam goes off - he has his career set - and so is Allison's.

I agree with Deitz. If you go buy the whole thing, then Allison needed to go, if you went by Tuesday night, then Danny should have gone. Either way, it was a good vote.

As for the show last night, I liked it. I thought Paula was lipsinking. She looked decent and her idiocy doesn't come out when she's performing. The song was lame and the voice was very digitized but my 12 year old liked it.

No Doubt put on a good show. The kids could learn a lot about how to perform by watching the show last night. They all put on a good show.

Loved Daughtry. I think it was good he got voted off when he did. That band is awesome. They will go quite a ways. I liked the new song as well.

Yes america got it right. Allison was better Tuesday but the other guys are better overall. I also thought paula was lipsinking. I was not that impressed by her performance. I have always like Gwen Steffanie so it was fun to hear that No Doubt is back touring again. I found it interesting that daughtry said he was bummed about being voted of for about 30 seconds. He knew his future was looking pretty good at that point...

You know, I thought the young lady made it a little more interesting. I felt that of those that were left, she would be the only one that could challenge Adam....not win it, but make him stay on point.

Now that she's gone, I guess I've lost interest? I'll tune in for the inevitable finale, watching Adam become the idol. It was a good run this year.

All of us who like Allison but didn't vote for her, let her go. But I'm O.K. with it. It frees up another hour now to do something else while I wait for her CD to come out.

Wow, probably the hardest night yet.. Didnt like Danny first song, thought Kris was safe in the first song.. Adam nailed the first song.. Danny nailed the second song, yet Kris KILLED it.. didnt care for Adams..

If I was voting on tonight alone, as much as I hate to say it, it would be Adam or Danny.. maybe and a lean towards Adam..

However, I think we will see Adam, and Kris in the final.. Danny goes home on a high note..he finished well and will make money in the industry.

But to be honest, any of the 3 could go home and all the 3 will be successful.

I have been following this thread and kinda watching the show - the girlfriend "has" to watch it and im usually in the room tying flies or building a rod, but I digress...

I will say a small prayer tonight that Adam goes home! Yes Adam! Im sick of the hair, the nails, and the screaming! That version of One was horrible. Has anyone ever heard Warren Haynes acoustic version of One from Bonnaroo 03? Not even in the same league. Warren puts that mess from Idol to shame...

Kris nailed Heartless. That was awesome - brave, original, and, well I liked it...

Im a tad bitter as Allison was my horse...

I thought One was good in the beginning and then Adam went into that 300 lb obnoxious oprah singer, nails on the chalk board, over singing that he does and just destroyed the song in my book. I thought Cryin' was better for him, but again, he is arrogant and over sang it. If it was my pick, Adam would go home.

Danny did good on his first song and much better on the second. Though I though the second song was a little boring.

Kris was good on both songs. He did have the sour note in the first song that could have ruined it for him. I thought Simon hit it spot on for Kara when he said you picked the song and you're copping out. Second song he did was the best song of the night hands down!!

Kris for sure in the finals for me. Hopefully Danny is there with him and it's Adam that is gone.
