I believe there is a divine reason why Jesus chose fishermen as his first followers. And I believe in the power of prayer. So I humbly ask a thought and prayer or two from my angling bretheren. My mother has been ill for some time, and faces some major and risky procedures at Mayo Clinic in the next few days. My mom has always loved to fish, but rarely did. I'm sure I caught the fever from her.
