Quackaddict9
Quote:benilde st margarets... hey! I thought the RED KIGHTS were the best team at state last March at the X! Hill Murray just had a hot goalie...
scsavre
i may live in bloomington now, but i went to Hill-Murray and am from the saint paul side. Hill winning.. hot goalie? Hot team. no one even came close to beating them.
HopkinsFishN
yah i might have to go with you on that [pleasebecomeasponsor], i didnt think the red knights had the depth, all they could do was play to lines just like edina. . .couldnt take it the whole tourney and got burnt out
Quackaddict9
If BSM played Hill in the championship game I would have think it would have been a tighter, hard nose battled game than the EDINA/HM game, although it was a great game to see but just my opinion that BSM was the better team in depth and strength....I thought there were only a few players on Hill that could score but I have to say that Phillpi was hot when he had to be and won it all. They were a great team, no doubt. He is playing in Alaska now and hopefully he can find a D-1 scholarship somewhere.
HopkinsFishN
he seriously had to go to alaska for juniors?? that sucks

Rebel9921
Are you sure you were on French??? The water definitely isnt green enough LOL Nice one tho!!!
D4 Army
the wind was blowing pretty good when I caught it so the green is blown around. you can only see about 3 or 4 inches in the water right now.
steffanf
Here's a pic from this past Friday out on 'Tonka. It was a perfect warm day with a good south wind. The fishing was pretty good as I had a few hits, misses, as well as a few in the boat. I caught a nice pike just 15 minutes before this one and it was just a 1/2" shy of this muskie (see pike photo section). Between the 2 bigger fish, my bucktail got totaled. I worked hard for this fish as it was only my second one in the boat this season. Here it is...nothing giant... 35": Caught a couple other pictures. Here is the release: ...and here is a neat shot of it starting to swim away...
steffanf
... forgot to mention. A guide happened to be nearby when I landed this fish. He actually helped me take a pacture. I wanted to thank him here, but I am not sure I can mention his guide service on this site...
cjac
Nice fish! I like the release pics....well done. Also nice to see a fish in that size range, shows the efforts of the fisheries and M.I. are working. Sure, you can mention the name of the angler/guide that helped you out.
