Yesterday (Monday) My cuzzin Jesse Lhotka and 2 other MN National Guardsmen were killed When the humvy my cuzzin was riding in went outa control and flipped over. My cuzzin Jesse was the only one not injured. He pulled another out and brought them to the helicopter then pulled another out revived them w/ some medical aid and gave him C.P.R. ... But unfortunatley as him and another gaurdsman carried another soldier to the helicopter the other soldier stepped on a mine which detinated and killed my cuzzin jesse the wounded soldier and the other soldier. My cuzzin was just recently married a couple of months before he went to Iraq. He has only been there for two months and then this happened. I am asking for your prayers for Jesse and also prayers for his wife, parents, all other relatives and friends... We love you Jesse

My folks help coordinate a family support group for a unit closely connected to the one out of Appleton. From what they say the devistation of this attack has made an impact on everybody who cares about our soldiers. Many have expressed their grief and concern. If you are fortunate enough to have contact with any soldiers overseas don't hesitate to thank them for their duties. The guys I E-Mail with always say they look forward to recieving messages of support from the homeland.

These units from Minnesota are among the BEST fighting in Iraq; don't doubt this for an instant. I know they won't take this action lightly.

Trap Man, sorry about your loss. These guys were class acts.

Chad,

Our prayers are with Jesse and all of your family. I hope you all know that we greatly appreciate the brave soldiers who are fighting for our freedom. We had a very close friend killed in Iraq a few months ago, so I can feel your pain. My heart goes out to all of the soldiers and families that are making these sacrifices for our freedom.

I thought I saw his wife is in Alex. I am from Alex and am working on a program to help out and honor immediate families of those serving overseas that live in the county, and this caught my attention. Please email me at bitacrazy at hotmail dot com if you don't mind sharing some info so we can possibly help her out for what it's worth. Thanks.

Trapman,

Nobody can truly understand your feeling unless they have also experinced the loss of loved ones that fought bravely in battle. Your cousins courage was more than human. I will remember to pray for you and him and his family. God bless you and yours!
