Finally got a chance to listen to it; wouldn't download and play on phone. It is a flycatcher RebelSS.

Well guys, after lots of research, I finally got hooked up with the head naturalist at Oxbow Park in Byron, and Quarry Hill nature Center, Clarissa, thanks to my buddy Brian Taylor, DJ at KRPR. She does a weekly show for them, and this lady has to be the most knowledgeable naturalist I've ever met. She sat down and listened to the recording...and knew what it was immediately. Boy, were we all wrong! And ya, I was a mile off! Never thought of this, because I was sure it was a bird....NOT! Hard to tell with the storm going on just where it came from. Have heard it since, and she's right on the money!  So, what is it guys?  Hmmm? I'll divulge it after a couple guesses.....

NO, I never said that, read my narrative above, again. I THOUGHT it was a bird; no actual flying stated. So, you have experience with mushrooms, I take it? Have you tried some of those amazon frogs ya can lick and get buzzed up on? Easy to catch; they don't fly...so I hear.  Oh wait; those are toads that get ya toasted...
