Rogers is NOT a cold weather QB.

That's the kind of comment Skip Bayless would say...

Rodgers NOT a cold weather QB.....um, since when?

taken from a site from late last year:

"Dating back to 2008, in Aaron Rodgers' past 13 games in weather that featured a temperature below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, the Packers are 12-1.

The cold has shown no signs of stopping the offensive production. In that same span, the offense has put together an average of 382.5 yards per game. They've surpassed 400 yards in five games, and 500 yards once.

In fact, Aaron Rodgers is at his best in the cold. In those 13 games, Rodgers' passer rating is nearly 12 points higher than it is when the weather is warmer than 40 degrees. Nine times has his rating touched triple digits, and five times has it been an incredible 132 or higher.

Rodgers career passing statistics in the cold: 268 completions on 411 attempts, 3,558 yards, 33 touchdowns and only six interceptions. that equates to a passer rating of 113.2."

Just cause of a bad playoff game last year, doesnt make him NOT a cold weather quarterback. And it was against a superb Giants pass rush. The vikings pass rush is not as good as the Giants.

gives the vikes something good going into the off season. a MVP running back, and probally a under rated QB. we need to get a good reciever for next year which we may already have in our top draft pick receiver that did not play a game this year due to injury, forgot his name. get a good trade for harvin, and we may be a very good team next year.

AP for MVP!

The Vikes had a great season and the "Packers are VERY LUCKY they got Webb" who hasn't thrown a regular season pass all year instead of Ponder who beat the Pack last time we played.

If it was Rodgers who went down instead of Ponder, the Vikes even with Webb would've put the big hurt on the Pack. laugh

If it was Rodgers who went down

It isn't going to happen. The have really only missed what, one game in the past 20 years by their starting QB? They know how to protect their QB's and it looks like probably another 8 years or more before they miss another game to injury at that spot.

They know how to protec the QB?? Then how come GB has lead in sacks taken, or close to leading the past how many years?

They give up coverage sacks but those are generally when he is moving out of the pocket and can prepare for the hit. You don't see him getting blindsided in the pocket very often.Plus he is good at identifying where the rush is coming from and moves away from it better than most.
