Bryce
Sure wish I had kept that mallard sized goose I posted in reports thread. Cleaned a nice Ross a couple years ago too.
fishuhalik
Either a bull can, redhead or pinnie. Got my first really nice redhead this year. I stuck it in the freezer as I was hoping to get my triple for the wall but I blew it on 3 drake pins that came in and didn't see a can in range. You guys should see my old boss's trophy room. He has every duck in North America and most from South America in a display. It's been featured in a bunch of waterfowl magazines. Its one of the coolest displays I've ever seen. Congrats on the bull can! My prize bird would be a "storm wigeon" or if I ever pull it off 4 drake mallards shot with 4 .410 shells on public. I like to dream big! Kettle
I grew up lucky with my father huge into waterfowl hunting, I have a drake pintail, drake mallard and a blue goose on the wall. A bull can is a awesome looking bird! I would like the cross of a drake pintail/mallard if you have not seen one of these google them, pretty neat. I too would like a drake spoonbill on the wall more sentimental than anything, the person who shot the most spoonbills on our duck hunting vacations always had to buy steaks on the last night. I don't know how many times I bought steaks Kettle
SledNeck
Mallard with a stack of hundreds in its mouth
jigginjim
My first thought 35yrs ago, was to get a drake/hen pairs of each species but time and cost would be really, so I sort of dropped the idea. Now that I can mount the birds myself, the taxidermy cost is not a problem. Now it's being able to hunt the birds. Had shoulder rotator repaired this week. This year is over, hope I can get a bigger duck boat next summer. the 10ft jon is a little small for the late season hunts on bigger lakes. Matt Breuer
I bagged 2 birds on my dream list this year. My new hit list bird is a bull ruddy. Got a hen this year and couldn't believe how neat they are. A nice bull would absolutely rock.

No_Net
Its hard for me to pick one bird. I have a mallard, gadwall, hooded meganserd, buffie, canvasback, redhead, ringneck, cackler, and a ross on the wall. I have wanted a pintail and a widgeon for a long time and managed to shoot both in one morning in south dakota. The weekend after I got back form SD I shot a pintail with a sprig 5 minutes from my house. Also shot a speckelbelly thanksgiving morning. So now I have a widgeon, 2 pintails, and a speckelbelly that are being mounted. All of these birds are prized birds to me. The only one left on my list is a goldeneye.
