If I have to sit and listen to how wonderful these Yankees are for 3 hours every game, I am gonna puke. Everyone knows I am not a Delmon fan, but he just caught a routine flyball at the brim of his cap, and the announcer said it almost dropped in front of him. Are we watching the same game???? These announcers are garbage

guys, the team won 103 games what are they supposed to talk about. They have studs at all positions and we only have 1 player better than them and that is the catcher. 10 times more people in NY are watching the game than in MN. Get used to it.

I went to the garage to listen on the radio. The network announcers are absolute junk to listen to.

Considering how bad the yankees were at the beginning of the year and the fact that the first series with the Twins brought them out of their slump, it is only fitting we play them in the first round.

I hate everything about the yankees. It is disgusting watching them play. Absolutely no true chemistry between the players.

For example, when a guy hits a home run and the announcers have to point out how the team celebrated together. "Look how A-Fraud high fived Swizzle Stick....These guys are really clicking right now", said the one homer announcer to the other.

Makes me glad to be a TWINS fan.

Actually, I posted this either when it was tied, or we were up 2-0. I felt the same thing last night, they talked alot more about the Tigers than they did the Twins, and to be very honest, after Detroilets meltdown down the stretch, and the missed double play to end the game last night, they didn't deserve to play in post season baseball.

The Twins are more of a story after all they went through, and the fact our payroll is a quarter what the Yankees is, they need to get some unbiased announcers in there, period. AROD is a post season JOKE, and Posada should have retired a few years ago. Did you see him miss that ball that Mauer scored on??? Ball was right down the middle of the plate. I have a running bet with my NY friends on the PS3 that the Yanks WON'T win the WS, cash can't buy chemistry, Steinbrenner should know that by now.

I didn't watch Tuesdays game, so I didn't know they announced it. After I posted, I turned the channel, only to switch back to it to check the score a couple times. These announcers lips must hurt this morning from all of the kissing they did on the Yanks behinds! Too bad, I was looking forward to watching post season baseball, I guess there is always next year.

how many times do we need to see jeter celebrating in the dugout after the matsui homerun? they showed it like 6 times i bet. and they said a number of times how matsui really crushed that homerun. blah, it was a wind shot.

I missed that as well, since I was at the game. If I was watching it on tv, I would have muted it as well, I have been sick of hearing about Favre for 10 years now.

But, I was very impressed with both Bert and Bremers performance on National TV Games when they each filled in at different times..

Best statement made by the announcers lastnight..."A-Rod, has probably transitioned from short to 3rd better than anyone." Are you kidding me? He's lead the league in errors every year since he made the move!

Actually A-Rod only had 9 errors this season in 116 games. I can't stand him personally but in fairness he wasn't even close to leading the league in errors.
