Got this nice 19" smallie today, probably should have tried fishing for them after catching this one as the eyes sure weren't cooperating.

Was too hot to fish muskies, so I decided to grab the bass rods. It went OK.

Call it 22" maybe 22.25", tough to measure against the muskie float stick.

Brother could only muster this 19"

Yes it is Mille Lacs.

Quite a few of mine were spitting up craws and all the boulders just had a ton of craws laying on top of them. Hawk wasn't kidding about the flies though, my buddy had a solid 3 inches flies covering his entire car the next morning.
