My son Alex is 15 y.o., and a sophomore at Hayfield High School. As part of the Minnesota graduation standards, Alex has to write a paper (English class)in which he compares multiple sources of information on a given topic. Since Alex likes to ice fish (like his Dad), he chose the following topic for his paper:

How has technology affected ice fishing?

One of his sources of information is the survey which follows. In addition to this survey, he will be using personal interviews, books, magazines, a video, and other Internet resources.

If you would be so kind as to copy the survey, then paste it in to your response, it would be greatly appreciated. He needs to have all responses completed by Dec. 12 so he can begin compiling them for use in his paper.
