Saw "Juno" on Monday. It was pretty good. Like very good but not excellent, 4/5 stars. The girl was really smarky and had a huge vocabulary for a 16 year old. A handful of funny parts to keep you interested. Minnesota setting. Independent film.

I seen Indiana Jones and Iron Man a couple weeks ago at the drive-in.

Indiana Jones was ok but I thought it would be better. Not really what I was expecting.

Iron Man I thought was very good but it does start out slow.

Saw "Dark Knight" on Sunday. Good movie. Even my wife liked it but it could have been the leading men wink I'm surprised we were able to go at a moment's notice because I heard its been selling out pretty much everywhere. IMAX is booked two weeks out for it!

Went to Step Brothers yesterday. It was funny but I had a friend really talk it up so I was disappointed a little. Was good for some laughs if you have an afternoon to kill. Please don't bring the small kids...it's rated R for a reason!! We had two very small kids in our theater laughing out load at some nasty humor. Not good IMO.

Four Christmases with Reese Witherspoon and Vince Vaughn:

Many funny parts, especially if you can follow the swift talk of Vaughn. That dialogue on top of some of the physical comedy makes the movie. And it has some touching moments for both characters individually as well as their relationship for your feminine side.

Overall I say, a it is a very good couples-movie for the holidays. If you are experienced with extended family Xmas and the FUN and hassles involved, you will enjoy this.

Haven't seen a "Good" movie in a long time. Everything is just OK. I guess it takes something above and beyond to impress me.

Having said that, I'm looking forward to the new Brad Pitt movie. The Curious Story of Benjamin Buttons (or something like that).

I really like VV so I need to go see Four Christmases

I should have found this thread bfore. I go to every decent lookng movie that comes to our little town. Costs me 5 whopping bucks. I would have saved everyone a trip to Indiana Jones and Appaloosa. I saw Bolt with the family this weekend and it was really good. The guy who said he hasnt seen a good movie should have gone to Hancock. It was AWESOME. It makes the Top 10 Superhero movies of all time easy. Bedtime Stories, Sandler, and InkHeart, brendan Frasier, both look good. Anything with Brendan Frasier is worth going to. Paul Blart, Mall cop with Kevin James might be funny too.

Step Brothers was funny to me in a typical fraternity/idiotic-male kind of way. It has some vulgar parts to it so it is not for the straight-laced puritan out there. Just a goofy premise with two supposedly older guys acting with the mentality of little children/brothers. Not worth full movie price to me, but probably ok as a rental.

    • got this tackled today took about 3 hours to get both sides done. Didnt even get to use a torch....   Thought I was golden with just jacking it up and I could get to everything but no luck. Had to remove the entire axle hub and brake assembly to get to what I needed. Was a pain but still better then taking off the entire pivot arm.    Axle bearings were already greased and in great shape thankfully. Got both leaf springs installed and its ready for the road again.   Probably going to have my electric brakes checked, I am not touching anything with the brake drums. Based on what I saw it doesn't look like my electric brakes have been working anyway. Brakes are nice to have if its slippery out
    • By The way that didn't work either!! Screw it I'll just use the cellular.
    • It’s done automatically.  You might need an actual person to clear that log in stuff up.   Trash your laptop history if you haven’t tried that already.
    • 😂 yea pretty amazing how b o o b i e s gets flagged, but they can't respond or tell me why I  can't get logged in here on my laptop but I can on my cellular  😪
    • I grilled some brats yesterday, maybe next weekend will the next round...
    • You got word censored cuz you said        B o o b ies….. haha.   Yeah, no… grilling is on hiatus for a bit.
    • Chicken mine,  melded in Mccormick poultry seasoning for 24 hours.  Grill will get a break till the frigid temps go away!
    • we had some nice weather yesterday and this conundrum was driving me crazy  so I drove up to the house to take another look. I got a bunch of goodies via ups yesterday (cables,  winch ratchet parts, handles, leaf springs etc).   I wanted to make sure the new leaf springs I got fit. I got everything laid out and ready to go. Will be busy this weekend with kids stuff and too cold to fish anyway, but I will try to get back up there again next weekend and get it done. I don't think it will be bad once I get it lifted up.    For anyone in the google verse, the leaf springs are 4 leafs and measure 25 1/4" eye  to eye per Yetti. I didnt want to pay their markup so just got something else comparable rated for the same weight.   I am a first time wheel house owner, this is all new to me. My house didn't come with any handles for the rear cables? I was told this week by someone in the industry that cordless drills do not have enough brake to lower it slow enough and it can damage the cables and the ratchets in the winches.  I put on a handle last night and it is 100% better than using a drill, unfortatenly I found out the hard way lol and will only use the ICNutz to raise the house now.
