eyepatrol
$2.90 in Gaylord about 10 minutes ago, but who knows, that could have changed already!!! Something "fishy" really seems to be going on right now. Oil refineries were shut down for what, a couple days and the price needs to go up $0.40 a gallon (or more)??? Should it not go back down after they start up again? Only makes sense to me. I think these oil companies are ganging up with each other to make huge, astronomical profits and the government should do something about it. I'm not that much in the "know" about these things, but this is absolutely rediculous. Either the government should do something about it or the big American auto manufacturing companies better get on their high horses and figure out a way to make more fuel economic vehicles, especially for the truck and suv market. Either that or get their butts in gear and develop hydrogen powered vehicles. These prices are just nonsense.

WxGuy
Rochester now varying from 2.89-2.99/gallon @ 2pm. There might be one or two stations different, but that's where the big chains like Kwik Trip and SA are at.

Froggy4371
Right now I am looking at $2.99 and there is no end in sight. I will make this statement "There will be alot less fishing trips made this weekend cause I know of 7 groups that are not going now cause of the price of gas and the whole economy will not take the gas hike very long. Before crashing" Froggy

Now we're experiencing the worst natural disaster that the nation has ever seen. Worse than Andrew, and it's in the heart of one of the worlds busiest ports. Oil companies went into the Gulf yesterday to check on their platforms and rigs, and many were missing. I might be sounding like Chicken Little to some of you, but we haven't seen the worst of this yet. I really need to go fishing.

gundy89
2.99 in Eden Prairie an hour ago. Gas is still relatively cheap, when comparing to historical numbers and other countries. It sucks, but we have to deal with it.
LaVoi
2.79 in Willmar at 10:30 a.m. 2.99 at 12:30p.m. Ridiculous! Remember when the whole nation was fearing that magic $2.00 mark! Someone needs to explain how it is possible for the price of a gallon of gas to DOUBLE in one year's time.
CRAPPIEBAIT
$2.99 in friendly fridley.Jeepers,I remember when Ma used to fill up the 1973 Impala for just over $5 bucks, and that was not a small tank.
Bushwacker
$2.89 at the station across the street from my office and the one 1/4 mile away I just drove past was $2.99. Now our new full bodies, new blinds, hotel rooms, food, beer, and ammo seem cheap for early goose this weekend, when comparing to the $200+ we will spend on gas Friday-Tues.
