I'll add a couple not mentioned...Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood, Revenge of the Nerds, Major League, the South Park movie, and anything Jackie Chan.

As long as it's winter and you're in Minnesota, you might as well watch A Simple Plan w/Billy Bob Thornton. Great movie.
