leech~~ Posted October 8, 2023 Share Posted October 8, 2023 Finding some new ways to use up my jalapenos. Cream cheese, cheddar and bacon mix, stuffed and egg roll wrapped. The egg roll wraps keep all the cheese in. This batch was air fried which were pretty darn good. Next batch for the game today will be deep fried! Maybe I shouldn't waste them on the Vikes game! She folded the cheese into cuts in the breast and it didn't melt away nearly as much this time. I eat very well because of her.
