hugonian1
Hey, that was meant as a compliment Big Dave.Looks like the locksmith does not like those all about me threads anyways.
smsmith
Looks like Manziel either figured out he needed help, or the Browns found a way to force him to get some.
TR21HP
Highly doubt it was his decision, probably his representatives. Was never too enamored with his talent. Good college player but obviously hasn't demonstrated to the Cleveland staff that he has the mental or physical ability to play in the NFL. FISHINGURU
He definitely needs it, only time will tell if it helps or not. Only one that can commit to change is Foosball himself.
CaptainMusky
For his sake I hope it works. Whatever he is getting "treatment" for, I hope it makes him a better person. So many of these kids get so screwed up because of the fame and notoriety. PierBridge
It appears clearly at this point my take on JM vs T-Bridge was insanely inaccurate. My apologies. ..
lawdog
kid's attitude is cancerous at best. Maybe spin dry helps if he's serious about it but then he'd still need to learn how to play football. This ain't the sandlot and running around randomly throwing up balls is only going to get you back on the bench if not killed by your own teammates. greebs
Hard to believe he did it on his own but maybe. After watching his limited play this year think good chance that the comparisons of him to Wilson may end once you get past the undersized factor. Wilson appears to have the footwork that is needed to be a successful scrambler that not many others possess.
Nick Kuhn
Maybe this Mike Zimmer guy knows a bit more about football than a few of our members...
TR21HP
A bit more? Then you have those two morons especially Bayless spewing the drivel that he usually spews. Of all the talking hairdos in sports these two have the least credibility of all of them. Zimmer was right on in his assessment of Manziel. There are already people within the Browns organization talking of moving up in the draft to get a Q.B. as Hoyer and Manziel are not in the plans. Cut bait and let him party with dad's oil money. JBMasterAngler
I don't believe for a second that Manziel voluntarily checked into rehab before the super bowl! He would never turn down a chance to party!
FISHINGURU
There were people out there that actually ripped on the Vikes and thought the Browns tricked us by moving up and drafting Foosball.

Big Dave2
Browns Players Reportedly Want Johnny Manziel at QB over Josh McCown By Mike Chiari, Featured Columnist Sep 29, 2015 SHARE TWEET NEXT ARTICLE » Use your ← → (arrow) keys to browse more stories David Richard/Associated Press 46.8K Reads 87 Comments Cleveland Browns head coach Mike Pettine made a controversial decision to start Josh McCown at quarterback overJohnny Manziel in Week 3, and after losing to the Oakland Raiders, 27-20, some Browns players are reportedly fed up with the situation. According to TMZ, three anonymous members of the Browns offense expressed displeasure with the way the team's quarterbacks have been handled and called for Johnny Football to be named the starter. Manziel led Cleveland to victory in place of an injured McCown in Week 2, but Pettine decided against sticking with the former Heisman Trophy winner. That didn't sit well with one Browns player in particular, perTMZ [sic]: I love both Johnny and Josh but its f--ked up when you have Johnny come in and play well and [he] has proven to the team that he is the right person for the job. It's frustrating to him and us when you sit a player down when he is playing well. Coach has got to understand you are messing up the chemistry and timing with players, and its f--ked up. Another anonymous Browns player echoed that sentiment and suggested that Pettine doesn't have faith in Manziel despite his Week 2 performance: "The team plays better when [Manziel] is in the game. I play better when he plays. You can't get better unless you play. We won when he played, and coach has got to trust him like he trusts Josh." A third player was reportedly quite blunt about what Pettine must do with regard to the quarterback situation moving forward: "When Johnny [is] in the game it puts the defense on edge. He doesn't just sit in the pocket, he makes plays. Coach has got to make the change now."
