Well, I just ordered a new Strike Lite II and a Striker Ice suit because they were deeply discounted. $200 for the suit and $400 for the Strike Lite. Now I just need these next 5 months to speed along so I can use them.

YOU GOT THAT RIGHT!!! WE NEED ICE NOW

After the last couple of days of this heat and humidity I will take the ice seaon over summer any time.

You can alway add more clothes to dress warm but you can only take so much off to stay cool wink

Abndoc, you are correct sir!

Well, in my case, the seasons go like this: starting say walleye opener in May, Bass opener on Memorial weekend, crow hunting opener July 15th, early goose September 1st, Bow deer opener September 15th, Duck/Goose opener end of September, Gun deer opener November 10th, early ice fishing around December 1st, crow hunting March 1st, spring snow goose hunting mid March, walleye fishing Mississippi river end of March, ice out crappie and sunfish in April, turkey hunting April 25th?. I'm married to the outdoors!!!

There's always an opener to look forward to! grin

I really enjoy Ice Fishing too, but I just got the camera's out for my spring scouting for deer.

Way too much wheeling, camping, scouting, food plots and sitting in a stand to be hoping for hard water yet.
