DTro
Well, what we have learned from the paint thinner crowd is that the team with the most SB trophies is always the better team, so by looking at the trophy cases of both teams (remember this is your base argument) the Pack has zero chance.A few observations:-We would have had to have a funeral for #4 had he been hit by Peppers like that.-I wouldn’t want to be Cutler right now-The Pack got some good calls from the officials, no doubt about it-They better have a chaperone for Big Ben for the next 2 weeks-All Vikings fans are jealous right now, but a true fan will never route for the Pack-Ziggy is not the kind of man that will allow his team to be cellar dwellers for more than a year-There will be a shortage of paint thinner all throughout the Midwest for a while, if you need some for its intended purpose you best go buy some now (it might be too late)
Dark Cloud
In a few hours I'll be rooting for the Jets though. Who'd want to face the Steelers in the Super Bowl when they can face the Jets instead? How did that work out for ya? I would have rather be playing the Bears but feel good about our chances either way. How are the Pack favored by 2.5? It should be a good game! The Packers have looked good lately but it wasnt all that long ago they squirmed into the playoffs. Remove the Rogers factor and they aint all that good! Yep I said it... Steve Foss
Well, I was less worried about the Steelers after I saw the huge number of points they put up in the second half yesterday, and how well the Jets were able to come back. In fact, the Steelers won pretty much the same way the Pack did, by getting out to a nice lead at the start and hanging on to win it. I think they'll both take the next two weeks to get in great shape, and it's gonna be a dang tough game, whoever wins. First Super Bowl in awhile I'll be looking forward to. mrklean
2 of the best defenses in the league in the super bowl, should be a good game i think the nice weather in dallas is gonna help rodgers a ton. Anyone wanna put an over under on the number of cheap shots harrison puts on rodgers?
snoozebutton
Just heard that the Packers will be the home team in the Super Bowl. They'll get their choice of uniforms, the white away or the green home. I believe they wore the green home uniforms in the last Super Bowl, I think I'd go that route. RiverFish
Well, what we have learned from the paint thinner crowd is that the team with the most SB trophies is always the better team, so by looking at the trophy cases of both teams (remember this is your base argument) the Pack has zero chance. I think some clarification is needed for the T-Junk crowd. SB trophies are an indication of the franchises success. In week to week matchups SB trophies don't really mean much. So to wrap it up Vikes = 0 rings. Packers = 3 rings hopefully 4. I'll let you decide who has a better franchise

Those unis are ugly. At least the big girl covers her gut, unlike the one on the far left. Yes, she is alot thinner, but her belly hanging over her belt is nasty

snoozebutton
Quote: Elway beat them when they wore the white. Yeah, that was the last super bowl. I meant the one before that against the Patroits and according to McCarthy, they will be wearing their green home jerseys.
