leech~~
All great warriors must die on the battle field. I think Patten said that?

zepman
He's still fine and at 298 games started (regular season) I wouldn't be suprised at all to see him start the final two to reach an even 300.

Dude the streak was for 300 straight games played without a miss! Not 300 games played. He had blown that already.
a47mlb
The QB is 41 yrs old, has a broken ankle, stiches in his chin, and an arm held on with duct tape, but still finds a way to show up and play. Then you've Hutchinson who has a little boo boo on his thumb and is out for the season?? He flies down to beg Brett to come back, and then when he does, Hutch sit's out because of a thumb, and lets his QB get knocked out?? Hey Hutch, man-up, put your boo boo in a cast (you're not supposed to hold anyways) earn your pay and protect your QB.Classy move, Hutch!! CFRay
McKinnie won't get a christmas card from #4 this season. If that photo was cropped a bit wider you'd see big ol #74 looking down at Brett, It was his man that put Favre on the frozen turf,,,, and,,,,it was McKinnie's man that got him in the Buffalo game too. bobbymalone
not sure if it was supposed to end that way or not on the field, but it surely wasn't supposed to end this way.

I agree, I like Hutch but I thought he was supposed to be this big ol tough guy you won't want to mess with. Then he's out for multiple games with a lousy thumb injury. Half of the 49'ers defense are out there with clubs on their whole hands. I'd have to say grow a pair and play some ball.
zepman
Leech...I know the "streak" ended last weekend but he's still able to hit the 300 game mark for starts...it's a milestone #.
harvey lee
One has to give ol Favre credit for being one of the toughest hombre's that have played the game.No one has the heart ol Favre does even if he is beat to the ground. He may have not been able to move like he could 10 years ago but with the O line we have, there is not a QB that could make one whole season.
