RumRiverRat
EPIC! You know it! Saw just the pair. They were flying with some Trumpeter Swans. Took careful shooting to avoid catching the swans in the cross fire.

creepworm
Wow, that takes confidence shooting two geese out of a flock of swans. Happy it turned out for you and you got them. I am hoping to kill one someday, hopefully this year.

The swans were trailing about 15 to 20 yards behind the Specks. We took the specks at about 10 yards as they flared and banked to our right.I ate mine, it was delicious. It was pretty mangled, though about mounting it. Capt'nMorgan
the specks are the best tasting goose. we had a few sitting in our field a few years ago, other than that I have never seen any in Mn. When I go to canada every year we shot our limit.

Musky Buck
Would've told my father on 3 one two bang bang whoops, just kidding nicely done, 1 time let 4 of them fly past as I wasn't sure what they were at the crack of dawn, now I know and haven't seen any since 1989. Good shootin, thought they were a bigger bird than they actually are, thanks for sharing and you look like a rat rat, just kidding.
