Percy Harvin collapsed during Thursday's practice and was taken to the hospital in an ambulance.

Coach Brad Childress said that Harvin had an "episode" and not really a "seizure." It was apparently triggered when Harvin looked at the sky on a punt return and is almost certainly related to his migraine woes. Harvin was trembling and partially responsive as medical personnel got him off the field. This is scary stuff as the Vikings held a team prayer afterward.

What a moronic statement. Of course we have grown to expect that from you lmitout.

Not dependable? he played in 15 games last year.A bust? he averaged 13 yards a reception and 9 yards a rush. A statement like yours without any facts behind it is just pure ignorance. But again, we grown to expect that from you.

I'm not sure how he did it, but LmitOut just became my least favorite person in this entire forum. Considering the stiff competition he faces, it's quite the accomplishment.

When it comes to being a complete a ss, you sir are not a bust.

I know you guys have the purple glasses on, but come on, the guy is undependable and a distraction every week.

Rookie of the Year? Gimmie a break. Look at his competion. It might as well have been a participation ribbon

Facts? How about the injury report every week of the season? If that doesn't speak volumes I don't know what does. And now this preseason just seals the deal and a precursor of what to expect for this season. It wouldn't surprise me if these migraines don't become career threatening unless they find something that tempers them somewhat.

Anyone who's had a severe migraine knows what the guy is going through. Been there, done that. It's not fun.

I completely appreciate what migraines can do to a person and it's too bad how it's affecting his career, no doubt about it.

But the person isn't the issue here, it's the player and a position on a team. Yeah, it sounds cold that I'm referring to him as an object, but we all know that's what he and every person holding a position on the team is when it boils right down to it. The Vikings have a WR who, for all intents and purposes, hasn't practiced in the offseason and has a history of missing weekly practices throughout last season....usually not knowing if he can play until into the weekend or just prior to gametime. How can a team function smoothly if you can't practice as a complete unit on a consistant basis? He has become an ongoing distraction that may only get worse the way things have gone this year already and they haven't even played their 2nd preseason game yet.

I can see what you are trying to say Lmitout but as you saw last season the Vikes have no problem with Percy and his migrains causing him to miss practice as he did last season.....he still came to the games and was pretty effective.....far from a bust!!!!

Seriously about his migraines. I used to get them pleanty was I was in my early twenties. I determined that I suffered them after having a few beers and being out in the bright sunshine. Oh, there was also pot involved. This was 40 yrs ago but I do not think I ever had one where those ingrediants were not present. Now, we all know Percies history, can we connect the dots?

The injury report? Hahaha. A couple years ago Tom Brady was on it all year. The injury report is more about mind games than anything else. What he brought to the field last year in 15 games.....and thats a bust LOL. All the junk that is spewed onto this board....that tops the list.

He did perform on game day, I'm not denying that at all. How long will that continue, though? His condition doesn't seem to be getting any better.

It's just the big mystery that surrounds the guy the other six days of the week. They should change his uniform number to a big question mark. smile

Lol yeah that makes sense! Thats why Medical MJ is prescribed to people for migraines and pain relief.

    • By The way that didn't work either!! Screw it I'll just use the cellular.
    • It’s done automatically.  You might need an actual person to clear that log in stuff up.   Trash your laptop history if you haven’t tried that already.
    • 😂 yea pretty amazing how b o o b i e s gets flagged, but they can't respond or tell me why I  can't get logged in here on my laptop but I can on my cellular  😪
    • I grilled some brats yesterday, maybe next weekend will the next round...
    • You got word censored cuz you said        B o o b ies….. haha.   Yeah, no… grilling is on hiatus for a bit.
    • Chicken mine,  melded in Mccormick poultry seasoning for 24 hours.  Grill will get a break till the frigid temps go away!
    • we had some nice weather yesterday and this conundrum was driving me crazy  so I drove up to the house to take another look. I got a bunch of goodies via ups yesterday (cables,  winch ratchet parts, handles, leaf springs etc).   I wanted to make sure the new leaf springs I got fit. I got everything laid out and ready to go. Will be busy this weekend with kids stuff and too cold to fish anyway, but I will try to get back up there again next weekend and get it done. I don't think it will be bad once I get it lifted up.    For anyone in the google verse, the leaf springs are 4 leafs and measure 25 1/4" eye  to eye per Yetti. I didnt want to pay their markup so just got something else comparable rated for the same weight.   I am a first time wheel house owner, this is all new to me. My house didn't come with any handles for the rear cables? I was told this week by someone in the industry that cordless drills do not have enough brake to lower it slow enough and it can damage the cables and the ratchets in the winches.  I put on a handle last night and it is 100% better than using a drill, unfortatenly I found out the hard way lol and will only use the ICNutz to raise the house now.
    • I haven’t done any leaf springs for a long time and I can’t completely see the connections in your pics BUT I I’d be rounding up: PB Blaster, torch, 3 lb hammer, chisel, cut off tool, breaker bar, Jack stands or blocks.   This kind of stuff usually isn’t the easiest.   I would think you would be able to get at what you need by keeping the house up with Jack stands and getting the pressure off that suspension, then attack the hardware.  But again, I don’t feel like I can see everything going on there.
