Xplorer
Tonight is marinated ribeye's with portabella's. Tomorrow night is grilled salmon with dill or teriyaki sauce and steamed veggies, followed by fireworks at home. Sunday I've got about a 5# fryer a friend raised, that is going on the rotisserie with a tasty rub on it, and some deep fried onion rings on the side. Then the city fireworks. And if mother nature cooperates, monday night will be whatever comes to the net from Lake Superior on monday morning's trip. Its going to be a goooooooood weekend!!
