Granted, its very cool she caught it, but please - 20 pounds? They said it is 30 inches long, and it doesn't seem like it has a 30 inch girth, so I think they more than doubled the weight

Don't underestimate those short little poles, those things are tough. The remarkable thing is the kid kept reeling long enough to land it.

My 4 year old hooked a 5 lb bass last summer, I thought it was going to pull him in the water! Funny to watch them react when it doesn't come in like a sunny.

I'm glad that I wasn't the only one that thought the fish was short for its weight I guess at 2 this little gal is already learning how to stretch the truth and spin a fish story. She's gonna be a great fisherperson with mentoring like that
