Guys on the radio said no chance Jones will make the team. He has become slower, still has no throwing arm, and still can't lay off any pitch.

Yes, Casilla is out of option so he will stay. I just don't see the Twins giving up on him. Jones is having a nice spring though, could see him if someone lands on the DL.

It will be Casilla that gets that last bench spot. It could be frightening on days when Span needs a rest to see Cuddyer in CF. Even scarier to see Casilla or Punto out there as well.

Jones didn’t make the major league roster. He will be traveling to Minnesota for the two exhibition games, which are not regular season games. After that series he will be heading down to AAA.

Tolbert stinks. I watched 1 preseason game so far this year and in the span of 2 innings he misplayed a grounder which would have been a double play and 2 pop flys.

Tolbert got sent down. Casilla will make the team because he has no options left. Tolbert had one left I believe.

I've seen enough of Alexi. He can visit the waiver wire. I believe Jacque will contribute this year when circumstances allow. I've actually heard three different people on the radio make the comment that they were surprised at how fast he's looked this spring. I have trouble judging speed over the radio, but it would be nice if they're right.

I think they kept him for these 2 preseason home games because there are still a lot of fans of him (including myself) that want to at least see him play in person. Its not like he has done bad this pre-season and I hope he gets a call up at some point (if that doesn't mean someone else goes down to injury) Would be cool to see him patrol left field if Delmon is struggling!

JJ nice bat-- horrible def. Good base runners in the bigs will go 1st to 3rd on him on a throw to the plate,, and I mean on a tag ups, which means more than likely one run allowed on the out with a runner on 3rd.
