I already have the heater....just need the windshield washer kit,radio and someone else's real full piggy Bank!!!! How does your cab fit? I am not very happy with all the gaps in mine...could also be a poor install job.

The cab I have (same as yours) isn't the most air tight thing made. I find most of the cold air comes in through the shift lever, steering column, and parking brake areas.

I'm going to fix that this year as much as possible.

With the heater on full, it's very comfortable riding.

Great Outdoors, those areas are where I feel it the most also...I was told they make an under dash block off kit, but have not heard from anyone that has it installed. Let me know if anything you try works!!!

I'm looking to make a temporary fix by making some boots that fit over each leaking point, kind of like a shifting boot on a 4 on the floor.

That should take the breeze away (hopefully)

Yeah I have the same issue with air coming in. I took some round pipe insulation and stuffed one behind the seat, a couple short pieces overlapped on the steering shaft and stuffed a small rag in the gap by the shifter. I haven't tried the foam kit yet, it's another $100 and I don't think it is too much fun to install, sounds like you need to drop the whole lower dash.

Another place to check is in the front wheel well where the plastic meets the steel frame there is gaps into the inside foot wells. I took mine out last week after a light snow dusting and it was snowing inside. I caulked the 1/8-1/4" gaps and hopefully that helps.
