KeystoneLight
Check out Foley Locker, I have used them to butcher our hogs for over 10 years and they always do a great job. They also do our venison snack sticks and summer sausage.

river-rat4
I have to go with IceHawk, Tessmer meats is very good (They raise hogs, might do beef also, USDA regulated. I would look for that for sure). They are just North of Eden Valley off 22, West of the "Chain".Next choice would be Rosers, by Watkins.RR4

goose89
Thanks waska, I won't waste time looking for Sunnyside, since I guess I already know where it is. Nice people / service there. Great meat and I've had some pretty interesting concoctions (sp?) from there in the past. (Peanut butter / jelly summer sausage ). Aquired taste, but I loved it. LakeDocktor
St Joe is really good, but pricey. I would look at Psycks in Bowlus, really reasonable and great meats!
