Not the best pics but you get the idea. they are definitely getting fat. Slow rolling a big spinnerbait and dragging a swimbait caught the most fish. Also got them on jigging spoon, drop shot and jigs [/url

These were the best 3 from the weekend in Longville. I caught the last one this morning when it was snowing pretty good up in Longville. The big Smallie went 21".

Here are a few from a week and a half ago. First time fishing for them in the snow, but man what a blast! Water temp was still 51-52 degrees. Probably caught at least 20-25 fish in a day and a half.

everything came on a jig anywhere from 19ft to 27ft, which was the deepest and that was a largemouth in my smallmouth spot. weird ive been fishing the same rock pile for 2 years and its the first largemouth ive caught off it

I have always loved fishing in heavy fog. It usually means light mist/rain, no wind and warmer temperatures. It can be a beautiful day on the water.

Put the boat away prematurely so decided to hit the Mighty Miss from shore yesterday afternoon. Probably a good thing with the 80 mph wind gusts. Fortunately, the bass were cooperating and even got my first ever muskie as a bonus. Nothing huge, but all nice 16-18" fish with attitudes. Ended up with 13 total in three hours, all from one spot. Got 6 of them on sucker minnows dragged on the bottom, 6 on Xraps and 1 on a Lindy Watsit jig.
