This is a med sized river and we get alot of fish from shore. Right now with the high water there are not too many boating options anyways.

Last night we picked a dozen with the waders on...

i have a great boat. one week of vacation i am spending on the duluth resevours fishing off shore for old time sake. my two daughters and the family's will do the same that week. as a kid we did well and i just remember the good times. throwing rocks in the lake and just hanging out. of course i will be paying attention to the poles this time and enjoying watching the grandkids doing their stuff. grilling and just enjoying all of it. good luck.
