james_walleye
Well i helped my friend with the deer and actually walked up and saw the deer first, i thought myself 140-145. He had someone involved in P&Y score it and it only grossed 134", nets 130". Almost 11" G2's, almost 9" G3's. 20" beams. Seems to me it should all add up to more..... Mark Christianson
Sure seems a better than 134 gross based on the pic. What was the inside spread? But if someone from P and Y scored it, I guess it is what it is.
james_walleye
It only had a 14" spread. I went over myself and scored it a little bit ago and sure enough i came up with the same score. The beams were only 19" and G4's were 1 1/2" and 2 1/2". Its one of those bucks where the score does no justice to the deer.
jlm
134 is very respectable. He basically scores as a main frame 8 pointer with the little G-4's. Imagine if they were 7 inches a piece! Still a very good buck!!!
Kyle
Wow. nice bucks. Wish I was hunting in your spot.
CodyDawg
Hey TRM,I am gonna really insult your deer. That buck who was caught on 10/29 at 4:47:36 has a big fat arse!!! You really should counsel him about obesity.
vister
who cares what it scored, its still a dandy. congrats!
fishinmajishin
I can understand with the 14" spread, but no matter what he's very nice! hey what's with the patch of hair missing on the last buck's fat a**?
james_walleye
Thats what i told my friend. I told him that when we walked up on it, whether its 130 or 150 thats a brute of a buck.
sticknstring
Does anyone still have cams out? Lets see what survived gun season. I brought one home from up north and captured a bigger buck the first week than anything up there over the past 3 months. Had him coming in to a mock scrape about every other day until the 12th when my the batteries failed...never during shooting light though. Here's one... Next time I check them I'll try and post something up.

jkcmj
My brother killed an 8 pointer on that same hill last year that had a huge neck just like this nice 8 point. It had a 20 inch spread, but only scored 135. This is his buck from this year, but on another property.
