TimBuck2
If I'm having the boys over for a game, usually the Broncos vs. New England, I make a huge pot of kicked up Jambalaya, and stock the fridge with Red Stripe. A little spendy but worth it for those special games where there's team rivalry among friends.
so haaad
Here's a simple, traditional favorite that's fixed for the NFL draft: 1 pound (16 oz.) VELVEETA Pasturized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into cubes 1 lb ground beef or 1 can Chili With Beans 1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained Serve with Tortilla chips

so haaad
Cheffrey, Surely you must have an appetizer/football recipe or two that you can share with us. Maybe something with a northern MN flare? Fish appetizer? Wild rice this or that?
Mrs Boilerman
My trick to football food is to make a really huge batch of chili one Sunday, deliver a bowl to boilerguy, then throw the rest in a few tupperware bowls and put them in the freezer. I thaw some out each week in the microwave, deliver it to boilerguy, and act like I've been working really hard at cooking it for him. And yes, he is impressed every week, especially if I throw in a pbr and some buttered crackers.
