luckycrank Posted June 26, 2007 Share Posted June 26, 2007 heres a few pics and proof that c&r really does work i have another pic 0f the same fish at work (non digital) that i will scan in later , but take a look at the anal fin and tail and of course the light to dark transition on its gill plate 1st weight was 7.03 2nd time was 6.94 3rd time it wasn't weighed but is the pic on the top.it was caught aproxmitally 1/4 mile apart each time it still amazes me... i thinks its the big gals way of saying thanks for letting me go! My cousin caught this one on Union Lake near Erskine,MN when I took him bass fishing last week. We caught a bunch of fish around 2 to 2 1/2lbs, but this was the biggest. It was caught on the trusty spinner bait tipped with a curly tail grub. Sorry, but I don't have any measurements, just know it was good enough to take a picture of. Fished the outside weedlines tried some kick'n bass scent, it really reeks, but the bass seemed to like it ! I wish I had someone around to take pics, mine didn't turn out that good.
