kslipsinker
My neighbor told me a few minutes ago that someone had caught a 21", six pound crappie. Anyone else hear about this? He said it was the talk of the office. He couldn't remember the name of the lake, but it wasn't Red.

jlm
Isn't the state record a 21 incher at 5 pounds? 6 pounder seems pretty unlikely but you never know!
Ely Lake Expert
I would like to see it if it exists, but I would have to agree with throwing the talk flag on this one.

Mark Christianson
21 inch, 6lb crappie is about as truthful as someone getting a 26 inch smallie. (and I have seen claims of the smallie on FM) Not a chance.
