The new law requires anyone who transport watercraft to complete an aquatic invasive species training course. After completion, you must display a decal on your trailer-----by July 1, 2015. An online training course will be available beginning Jan 1,2015. A paper home-study training packet will also be available. Online training will cost $5, paper course $11, additional decals for other trailers $2 each. Applies to all watercraft and water related equipment. Including non-residents.

2015 you can only receive a warning, no issued tickets are allowed. So don't go through the training if you're against this crapola.

Just another way to collect a fee. Probably won't work Clown as I am sure there will b a number on the decal listed back to the named owner. State wants all they can get.

if it goes like the last joke of a decal, I had it on the boat and then they said forget it, think mine is still on the seat pedestal..

If the these turkeys elected into the state capital, want to rise money increase fees on boats over 23ft. pontoons are in a different group. If it boats has berth and toilet and another $75. bring back new ranger of shelter tags, $5. for canvas sided shelters including those left on lake over night. $12.50 for others, wheeled houses $40.00 (ie ice lodge) if the guys can afford $9,000.00 trailer house the $40.00 should not be a big deal.

Also all shelter money can not be added to the general fund for the state. Only used for improving lake accesses, and stocking programs.

NO the $40 is no big deal right after they nail you about $600 in sales tax when you buy it. Maybe add $100 as long as we are at it. crazy
