Not expecting to get rich... I'm hoping for $20 for the XL beavers

Sold some in the Marshall area, 18 for mink, 8 for rats, and 14 for coons. Coons not overly large.

Rumor has it they are paying $10.50 for rats on the carcass at swan lake..... can anyone verify this?

$30 XL beaver, $10 for kits. $40 red fox and $20 coon. All green. Had one rat but didnt ask what he gave me for it

Talked to Dusty at The Fur Hut. $30 for NoDak yotes on the body, $60-$65 stretched.

Sold a few green coon. All good prime coon. Avg 27.50 tops was 35

Didn't get much trapping done this fall, on account of a tiling project we were working on. Sold some fur yesterday got $25 for an xl skun coyote, and 6.50 for some stretched rats.

Don't know about that prices have dropped 20-30 percent in the last month on just about everything except maybe red fox.

I sold my rats locally a couple weeks ago, sent some beaver and a few coon, mink, and a otter to NAFA for the February auction, will have to wait to see how things shake out

Sold two coon, $20 for one large boar, med. mink another $20, two rats $6.00 each, 2 Weasels brought a buck each. I sell all my stuff green.

My Leech Lake rats averaged $11.21 at NAFA. That was a bright spot. Coons $20 and some change... Otters down, beaver down too. Still had a blast 'out there' with my son. Anyone sell any local bobcats?

Prices as a whole were kinda a butt kicking except rats, fox and coyote hung in there, coon were poor, beaver and otter poor, mink terrible

Talked with a buyer I sell fur to on occasion. He's basically shut the doors, he is interested in rats. For some reason they have held..Might buy some spring beaver and he said I'd take a beating on them. I normally take a couple hundred plus beav a spring when I can.

I have a lot of fur that will be put up compressed and put in the freezers and hold to prices come up.

I sold a few incidental coon and yotes in January for 25$ and 40$ on carcass. We have really no population of either here and I dumped them with about 45 green beaver fall for 25$ nose.

We have been seeing some Coons around our cabin Near Grand Marais. Along with some grey fox, coyotes, and even had a skunk. It was the first times we had a skunk around the cabin in the 40 years my family has had the cabin.

Not that much. I have had coon in my garbage cans on Vermilion 20 years ago.
