Well, I tried to wait with the news untill i could get pics loaded , got close but they were To big to be accepted. Anywho, My daughter an i set out friday after school. She came in with me to bait an an i sent her to stand while i baited. This time i didn something different an decided to drive my car a quarter mile away even thou i park a quater mile away wen i bait,

I parked the car an head ed back to stand an went in te back way on my exit trail coming in behind halle in stand. i climbed in ad got set, halle was yawning an i told her to rest her head on the railing an ill squeeze her leg if one shows up. She had her head down for 5 minuets an I was looking of to the left of the river bottom wen i noticed movement five feet behind us on our exit trail.

I couldnt believe it! he cam in from behind us on our exit trail up on the ridge over looking the riverbottom. I had to look twice cause I couldnt believe it, an he noticed my movent an turned around an in one fluid movement I grabed my gun stood up an just calmly swung on his shoulder cause he was looking back to see why this tree was holding a gun. BOOM! At teh shot my daughter looked up to see this bear lurch up turn around come towards an summersault all the way down the hill into the river bottom.

Really? ya couldnt have died ontop. Halle was freaking OMG Icant believe it! We Got one, Adrenaline is pumping so fast for us we were just plain flying on cloud nine. I then explained that I had to take the shot then an there cause he wasnt going to give us a second chance after seeing my movement. "I dont care we got one"! That was as exciting as it gets . It dressed at a nice 180 an will make awsome burger an roast, shes so jacked. An I could'nt have asked for a greater time in the bear woods with my daughter. Except if she shot it. but theres still achance so we'll see.

I have really nice pics but cant seem to post them, my wife is gona take them to work an if someone can share their email an post them for me thatd be great. Oh yea took the scope in the fore head, got a nice pic of that to post to. Really wanted to post this earlier but wanted pics to go with it. But couldnt wait anymore. Jacked up Boar

Thanks guys, That was just plane freaking awsome. Gonna have the head skulled an put in halles room, with the perfect mushroomed slug, an casing. Remmy, my wife will email the pics to tomorrow, thank you. I think The bytes of the pics are just to many is that the camera? its aleast a 12 MP. figured out how to posthem again but to many bytes int eh pic. Later boar.

hey boar, it might be when downloading pics to your computer, my software asks to resize the pics or keep original size, resize them, smaller so downloading will be easier/faster,

just an idea, im no expert, but what i do works for me,

Way to go Boar! Where do you hunt? No bear for me this weekend. Sat on fri. and sat. for 10 hrs combined and he never showed up. Did a honey burn sat. and had a guy walk in with me and leave, no dice! Way to stick with it man!

Way to go Boar!! Glad you finally got one. Just a matter of time. I could of had my chance Saturday but I have my priorities messed up. I decide to work on getting our concrete form ready instead and a nice bear came in that night at 7:17 pm. You can email me the pics and I can try and upload them for ya.
