Strange boat on the Mississippi River

Had a strange boat come by in the middle of the night last night. I was out on the Mississippi in St. Paul and it was about 12:30am or so.

The boat sat really low in the water and was fairly long. It didn't have much structure on the deck other than this fairly good size "screen" on it. Kinda like a score board screen but really bright.

The screen displayed an animated image of a horse walking.

Just came down the river, switched the screen on as they came by and turned it off after they passed.

Weird, huh?

Anybody know what this is about? I thought it was probably some art student's project or something.

I'd be really impressed if the horse/ whatnot would gallop if they opened up the throttle. Seriously, tying the "speed" of the images to the boat speed would be a pretty neat trick.

Andrea Stanislav's "Nightmare" is what this is.

Pretty cool stuff there. I think the screen is like 17' x 25' or something nuts like that.
