vman11
Does anybody care about Brett Favre in GB now that Aaron Rodgers is slowly creating his own elite legacy? This win has to be killing Favre's drama fest and ego.For a team to have a hall of fame qb (Favre) followed up by another qb (Rodgers)on the fast track for big recognition is pretty unreal. LMITOUT
Rodgers achieved something that Favre never did: MVP of the Super Bowl
Chad Peterson
Yes, Rodgers just won the Super Bowl, but Farve is and will be the best QB of all time. Rodgers has a long road ahead of him.Sniffer
vman11
Clearly you care Honestly I could care less. I just find it ironic that spotlight is something Favre strived for and Rodgers is shutting the door on it, at least in GB.Hopefully the Vikes can sign ARod in 13 years and try to make a SB run. Steve Foss
Packers fans will always care about and acknowledge Favre's impact on our franchise. He was a phenom, and aside from all the Dramagate that accompanied him, he is one of the GB greats. Now we have Rodgers to add to the mix. How much better can it be?
greebs
I'm glad there was very minimal mention of brett during the broadcast. He's been gone from the packers for three seasons now so there really is no reason to have him in the conversation today. am guessing brett is seething about rodgers and the packers success given his stick it to ted thompson proclamations but I'm guessing the however many millions he got out of the vikings and jets makes it a little easier pill to swallow. FISHINGURU
Honestly I could care less. You could care less? That means you must care quite a bit. Me, I couldn't care less.
Hory
I could really care less one way or the other as far as teams are concerned when it comes to professional sports. However, it is good to see a player like Rodgers win a title and Super Bowl MVP. I would much rather see him holding the trophies than someone who cheats on his wife, was addicted to pain killers, or assaults women. It is great to hear an NFL player capable of communicating clear, understandable thoughts in interviews rather than what you hear from the majority of players in the NFL. He is a great face for the NFL. One can only assume that he will be the face of the league for years to come.
mrklean
word out there is favre might go back to the pack as a coach, that would be an interesing twist to things
SFC
Yea I agree he reminds me of a QB from 19 -20 years ago, Brett Favre. The guys a good Qb ,Rodgers looks to be a pretty good guy, but what does anyone really know what someones like by watching them play a game or how money and fame will affect their life. Take it for what it is,he's a good qb, won the SB.
Mr.Seaguar
I have heard 100 people say Favwra is the best of all time. Do they really beleive that? Would they truly , in their heart of hearts with no emotion, if they were starting to pick the greatest team of all time choose him as QB? Of course they wouldnt. Steve Foss
word out there is favre might go back to the pack as a coach,Not likely. Drama isn't a formula for winning. Winning is.
CJH
Farve is and will be the best QB of all time. No way, no how!!!
buzbunni
Rogers will not rack up Favre like stats in his career, and, just like Favre, he will win one Superbowl during his career. One SuperBowl victory is pretty decent in my book. It's a tough road. Just ask Warren Moon, Fran Tarkenton, Dan Marino, Jim Kelly, and Dan Fouts. Favre was one of my favorite players, and I like Rogers too, but it ain't easy to win even one Superbowl my friends. Enjoy the moment, and don't jump ahead. Great year for the Pack. Congratulations. And this from an (eternally long suffering) fan of the Purple .
DTro
Elite legacy huh? We might want to give it a decade or two to call it a legacy.

snoozebutton
Trivia question for you all, Bart Star, Brett Favre, and Aaron Rodgers have each won a Super Bowl for the Packers. What other team has had 3 different QB's lead them to a Super Bowl win and can you name them? (The QB's that is.)
