fishersofmen
Playoffs in October?? I think the Vikes win this one 27-17.Hopefully our defensive line plays the way they did in last years playoff game against the Boys. Would be nice to see the turnovers go our way for once. greebs
think vikes win the first bowl game of the year (Disappointment Bowl) home field team wins this game and that means it's the vikes. jared allen will make a guest appearance today and make a few plays that make the highlights. coaching staff will be forced to acknowledge that peterson is what makes this offense go and he will have a big game. moss will score too. solbes
This game hasn't been easy. Oline continues to disappoint. You can see our whole offense waiting on some protection, but it hasn't happened yet. Good thing Farvre is such a tough ol' guy.We gotta make some hay here. A win today would be huge for Purple with the other 3 NFC north teams taking the big L.
solbes
Love the highly productive & inadvertant screen pass to Jimmy K. Skol!
LMITOUT
Vikes squeeze one out...literally. What a steaming pile of a FB game.
zepman
Agree. Their offense is completely lost...still. Without the aid of a few short field situations, created by the defense, and a "home field" call on P.I. late in the game, they would have lost this game hands down.Luckily, the Pack and Bears let us right back in this thing...huge game this weekend!! james_walleye
Lewis couldnt get his left hand up to go for the ball because Jenkins had ahold of it. I really enjoyed the fact that Joe Buck didnt work the game with Aikman.

I think the biggest reason that the offense looks so lost is Favre is getting creamed on almost every play. Doesn't have the time to find the receivers most of the time. Moss coming here really benefited Harvin. He is going to be the man with all the double coverage that Moss is getting. Berrian needs to be put out to pasture, he hasn't done squat. Was really surprised that Shancoe didn't catch a pass yesterday. Biggest thing the Vikings need is some solid O line play. They get that, and they are back in it. The O line keeps playing the way they are, season is done with the tough schedule coming up.On a good note.....watching the Packers game yesterday, and if they play the same guy at Tackle they did yesterday, Ray Allen should be able to hit Rodgers often and alot! paceman
I think yesterday's game plan worked out well for the vikes. The cowboys were still reeling from last years play-off pounding when the vikes pummeled romo. So this year all he did was the short passes. Lucky for us he didn't try more deep passes even though Lito Sheppard got burned for the 3 touchdowns. I am not looking forward the rogers this weekend as he will expoit our weak secondary. Our D-Line better come to play next week or it will be a packer victory in a rout.
Kodiak
rogers will not have time to sit in the pocket this weekend.
Mudcutter
Brian Bulaga VS. ray edwards = #12 on his rear end with the pigskin. Almost all Iowa Off lineman are over rated --- see Robert Gallery. Iowa Def is a diff deal,, see aaron Kampman,, Greenway, Sanders,, etc.

Musky Buck
That's right, the cowboy love boat is sinking, I just don't see Tony romo as a leader type, very good QB, but doesn't appear to want to lead the way the Manning's, Brady, Favre, etc. lead, he wants to play in pro-am golf and find the next actress to shack up with, you can do those things and lead the team as well. Looking like a season to forget for the boys.
FISHINGURU
Yeah, and their coaching is almost as bad as ours.
