Hiya,

I would say a good camo outfit that is waterproof and quiet. last 3 years on my limited trips, I have had to wear a rain suit under my camo...hot and wet due not to rain, but due to getting to and from stand...

I take my inventory in January.

Purchasing any hunting gear for me

is usually during an off season sale.

So that leaves two important "hot" items during the season

that I need to take care of. Snacks and my wife.

The snacks are only two bags of chips until Halloween.

After the grandkids go trick or treating I'm set for snacks.

The wife is easy maintenance, she only gets one credit card.

So this is how I help myself during archry season, works like a charm.

Good tip pse, I do the same. If you need to buy something for next year there are tons of good sales right after new years, if you plan ahead you can save some serious $$$$.

Of course there are also those times where you just HAVE to have something.
