Born2Fish
Hahaha!!! Sounds just about right to me also!!!! I think the pack can pull off that record WITH Rodgers playing!
Shack
Quote: Leechbait's power rankings Anyone want to see a picture of an Xbox Live hero? No its retired. lol! Power Rankings & Leechbait? The Vike's pick I agree on though.
Jim Uran
@ Shack!!!! I'm sure we haven't seen the last of that picture!!! And hey, someone had to get the ball rolling. After all we are delusional Viking fans according to the haters!!!
pikestabber
I can't say that Leech Bait's scenario could be any prettier, but after the smoke cleared and my munchies went away, I came up with this (a bit more realistic) scenario:JUST RELATED TO THE NFC NORTH:1) Minnesota Vikings... 13-3 (Favre = Superbowl MVP)2)Packers... 12-4 (win wild card spot, eventually lose in epic showdown with Vikes, Rodgers second highest rated QB in the NFC behind Favre)3)Detroit Lions... 6-10 (much improved, will make the playoffs...in about 4 years)4)Chicago Bears... 5-11 (this team is doomed, Cutler benched in week 6; Lovie Smith fired by week 8)I wish there was more disparity between the cheese and the Vikes, but GB is a good team that we can't look past... Jim Uran
They aren't any good. They'll be lucky to finish in the #2 spot in the north. They won't make the playoffs.
Cooter
Have white rabbits or flying elephants in that dream too Leechbait?

Nate McVey
IF (and that's a big IF) Favre comes back the Vikings MAY finish 2nd in the NFC North.......... Mine looks like this...... Pack wins the NFC North, goes to (and wins) the Super Bowl... Lions finish 2nd Vikings finish 3rd How's that look? My bong is put away and my head is clear..................
Jim Uran
Your bong may be put away, but the resin must still be stuck in your brain with that nonsense!!!!!
LMITOUT
I was referring to a Frank the Tank type of liquid guzzling device. In this case, the liquid would be Kool-Aid. Man, your guys' minds are in the gutter.
goblueM
if Favre comes back... put the Vikes down for winning the division, closely followed by the Packers. Lions and Bears duke it out for 6-10 and 3rd place. although i might have to put a batch of Lions Cornbread in the oven starting soon. we might make the holy grail of records this year - 88 and 8! woohoo
Born2Fish
Just can't tell with the Lions this year. They might surprise everyone and pull off a non-disappointing season! Or maybe not...
Jim Uran
They'll finish ahead of the Packers.. That's all that matters!!!
solbes
I was referring to a Frank the Tank type of liquid guzzling device."It tastes so good when it hits your lips"I see 11-5 record for the vikes and another title. I haven't had enough of the Kool-Aid yet to predict what almost was last year.
james_walleye
There are no IF's when it comes to Favre coming back. Its a given, its all part of the game. And there is no reason to think the vikings won't win the north again....
mnwild
Ole Silver Fox IS coming back this year, no question about it. But after week one when the Saints have their way with Silver Fox the Vikes will have T-Junk taking snaps the rest of the year, god help you guys. RiverFish
It's not the Kool-aid that is warping LeachBait's mind it is KFAN. KFAN is the the worst thing you can do for your brain. They really do brainwash you on that station!!!Go Pack!

You dumb Queens fans oughta just HOPE it goes this way. Dumping your biggest rival in the playoffs and going on to win the Super Bowl? How does it get any better than that?
