Terps
i bet in another 20 years, none of them.Minnesota professional sports has to have THE smallest trophy case out of any other state... well besides North Dakota HAHA
DoubleLunger
Vikes for sure. None of the rest will spend any money trying to get good players to sign here.
GFNER
I agree, absolutely the Twins, maybe another 20 years but they'll do it, 2nd vote would go to the Wild, Wolves NEVER,Vikings may win a Superbowl but by that time they probobly will no longer be a MN team.(just our luck)
Terps
...wolves who are they i can honestly and proudly say iv NEVER been to a wolves game! ...they SUCK!
zepman
The Vikings!!! It WILL happen!!
eyehead
The Vikes!!!! I'm guessing in the next 5 years.
mrklean
the real question should be which one will leave town first
Leadhead
Vikes, but I don't think it will be soon.
grousehunter
Twins! as soon as Punto retires
Scott M
Vikes but Twins are a respectable second. A league of parity offers better chances any random year than the uncapped MLB. The NHL and NBA can be difficult league to rebuild in and its easy to be a loser or mediocre team.
gregg52
twins cuz they've done it before vikes i think the have some great players so maybe sometime soon not sure what the missing link is with them other than just choking from sundays game back the 40 to nothing with carter and that bunch just dunno
Jarrod32
If the Twins can keep winning the division, then they just have to hit a hot streak with some good pitching and have a shot at winning a Championship. The Wild are probably the next best bet, but they may need another season after this to finish rebuilding.
solbes
I would have said Vikes a week ago! But now I'm not so sure. I just don't think it's going to be easy for them next year, even if #4 returns. They have the best chance in the short term though.Twins have that issue of meeting NY in the playoffs. With no salary cap on the horizon, I don't see how we can win a 7 game series against them. I think they swept us last year, home, NY, and playoffs.T-Wolves. Well they have their work cut out for them.I'm going with the Wild. I like some of the recent acquisitions we've made. And although I would guess only half of the team might be in place, Fletcher's shown some promise. 2-3 years from a run at Lord Stanley? That would be SWEET! gregg52
ya those yankees games were close but you have a good point there
BRULEDRIFTER
I would like to think the Vikes, but seriously think you could hand pick any player you wanted and put them in a purple uni and no matter what, 'The Curse' will prevent them from a championship. It's just too strong to overcome! So, I guess the Twins or Wild What are these Wolves you speak of?
MNice
Twins, they seem to be an over achieving team, where as the vikes.....well they seem to be the opposite. Wild need a few years under the new coach/mgmt team. Wolves...........
jaguar11
twolves. young talent and one big franchise player away. 3-5 years and they will be there.
BeezeHound
I'm going out on a limb, Vikes take it home next season, Twins next if they can somehow beat the Yankees or Red Sox in the post season, then the Wild. I don't know if mankind will still be on the face of the earth by the time the wolves ever win the big show. Just a shame they never gave Garnett a better chance. walleyes12
If the the Vikes do it, it will be in the next couple of years, time is slipping with the talent they have! Brett come back for one more run at it!!!!!!!!Wild are building fast, good GM that has made alot of good moves, a young coach that came from a wining team. Everyone thought this would be a rebuilding year for them, well that are in the hunt for a playoff spot. A few more players and subtract a couple and this team will make a run! Then the Twins, they just cant compete with the big market teams, hopefully they can put a good all around team together and make a run, one of these years. I am a huge Gardy fan, and he always gets his players to play!Twolves, LOL, what can I say, McHale put them in such a hole its going to take years to rebuild. Glen Taylor needs to sell the team. Jmnhunter
...wolves who are they i can honestly and proudly say iv NEVER been to a wolves game! ...they SUCK! haha no kidding, you couldnt pay me to watch them or NBA alone! I would say Vikes, with Twins being a threat. Unfortunatley the wild are not doing so swell...
snoozebutton
I would like the Twins' odds if they ever get a cap, they have probably the best front office in baseball.
mnwild
I would say the Twins will win one next, they have come close in the past years. The Vikes unless they get a proven QB like Favre (but years younger) would have the best chance. The Wild give them a couple years with this new system in place, and hopefully they can do it. The Wolves, probably wont come close as long as I am alive.
CrappieKilla
twolves. young talent and one big franchise player away. 3-5 years and they will be there. Agreed. T-Wolves are closer to having a good season than most people think. But the Vikes or the Twins will be the first to win it... As long as the Vikes have Favre or McNabb next season and the Twins re-sign Mauer... which will happen.
