LMITOUT
I would say the turnovers cost them the game. They had so many there isn't one player in particular to blame. Any team with that many turnovers is going to have a tough time winning a game, yet they almost did. To blame Favre is foolish, because without his 3rd down conversions they would have never made it to OT. Singling out one play doesn't tell the entire story. FISHINGURU
All I wish is we would of ran the ball on the last play in the 4th quarter then took a timeout with a few seconds left and atleast gave longwell a chance to win the game and get out of dodge. We would of atleast got a few yards and had a chance to win it with a 50 yarder, maybe even less if we could of picked up more on the run. All I could do is yell run the &*^%ing ball and lets kick it for the win but I guess no one was listening.

A R Johnson
We were the better team, when we got a turnover we just gave it back. I think I need to go to bed and pretend this never happened
Hammer Handle
There were in it until the end...even with the turnovers.I think the Saints had melted butter put on the ball whenever we were on offense. And, enough about the hurricane and the "poor people" down there. A tragegy...but the community was full of a bunch of lazy bums wanted a handout. I had a few friends go down there to help out...and it was a terrible experience for no one did anything for themselves but complain. fishersofmen
Yea obvious who the better team was. Thats the problem with sports. Often times the better team doesn't win a particular game.
harvey lee
Very sad. 5 straight NFC championships lost in a row.Now thats a record I will bet.One cannot turn the ball over that many times and win.Refs calls in OT didn't matter as the game should never have gone that far. Thanks to Farve for a great run thought. Those other QB's would nrever had done this well.

OIF_Veteran_21B
Yea obvious who the better team was. Thats the problem with sports. Often times the better team doesn't win a particular game. Yeah that's why they play the games. Vikings shouldn't have lost a game this year. But somehow they did. There isn't a more talented team in the NFL this year. But somehow through their coaching and team play they found ways to lose in the regular season, and give away the #1 seed. Then they find a way to lose to a less talented team in the SuperDome. Again hats off to the Saints. You took care of the ball today. 5 turnovers more than made up for the yardage disparity.
