riverwader
A group of us do an "Around the World in a Drunken Haze" every year and we always go to the Uptown bar and they are closing. We need a new location for a great bloody. Any ideas?

scott b
They say best in all of minnesota is Lord Fletchers. Went there. Not bad but, I've had better. If you're going to serve the "best" of anything, don't serve it in a plastic cup!
riverwader
I agree Lord Fletchers are good, but they arent the best. Blackwoods/Rockwoods in Otsego has a good bloody, in fact they sell them at the ER snow track.
MNHuntress
Stay home and buy a bottle of Zing Zang or Mr. Peters The Works and you'll be set. I've never been able to find a great bloody out and about.
Lisa Almquist
We use Zing Zang too with jalapeno stuffed olives and Claussen pickles.
MIke A
Stay home and make them the traditional way. Worcestershire sauce, tobassco, celery salt, lemon pepper, Grey Goose vodka and for a little more tang, I sometimes use V8 spicy hot instead of regular tomatoe juice. Then I garnish it traditionally with celery, a large pickle spear and large green olives.

fishin9911
The one at Ike's is good. I am assuming you mean the one in the airport. I have thought that part of the reason might be that you are going on vacation when drinking it! If making your own I have found Whisky Willy's mix to be the best. I have only found it in richfield Liquor stores.

picksbigwagon
The best on I ever had was in downtown Superiour WI. it had a celery stalk with cheeze wiz, 2 huge shrimp and a skewer with cheese and meat on it. I believe it also had a pickle in it too. we actually skipped dinner one night and just had 3 of these for dinner.....I have started ordering my Bloody's with a good american whiskey instead of vodka. But I like whiskey.....
Lip_Ripper Guy
Give it a try with a good Gin sometime. Even people that dislike Gin have liked it.

Barony
Patrick's in St. Peter. They add bacon to their bloody mary which I have never seen before. They are quite tasty too.
Wookiee
Floyds in Victoria makes a pretty good one and so does green mill. Both are a meal in a glass. Cheese, feta stuffed olive, dill midget pickle, pepperoncini, cocktail shrimp, good beef jerky and a small red pepper with a garlic clove its called the weekender. If staying at home I use sacramento bloody mary mix out of the gold can. Delicious.

Chef
If you want to stay closer in town, try Chino Latino down the street from the Uptown.
