Didn't catch it. I wanted to but the Mrs was getting a little "Baseballed out. Can't say I blame her as there's been a lot of baseball on the tube lately.

Speaking of playoffs, does anyone besides me think that if the Twins can take this one tonight in NY they actually have a shot at beating these guys twice at home?

I put this loss on Gardy. If you can not manage your players enough to not swing at the first pitch with based loaded you you take the loss. I can understand trusting veteran players to know what to do but you HAVE to direct they young guys in what they need to do. No excuss for this loss.

What a disappointment of a game. Vital mistakes and so many missed opportunities. Like runners on first and second with nobody out and Cuddyer at the plate who hasn't done anything all night. BUNT for crying out loud! But no, Gardy can't manufacture a run when we need it most. What a joke.

A team like the Twins gets one chance to beat the yankees. 3-1 lead going into the bottom of the 9th with our best closer in Nathan on the mound gave us a great chance. You don't get many second chances against the yankees. Nathan blew it, that's all there is to it. And for all I care, the game is still tied because that ump DID screw us over a run.

Gardy takes alot of heat for stuff, but to have those 2 clowns swing at the first pitch is not his fault!!! He probably has went over that 2000 times in the clubhouse. Look at who did what and that should be the answer. Yeah ump screwed us on the joe deal, but last week a hit by pitch not called got us here.

Yep that was tough to watch... the ump was RIGHT THERE.. what more could you ask for.

But it all started when Nathan blew the lead. He's still the guy you would want to see out there in that situation.

But when you have bases loaded and no outs, there is no excuse, the oppurtunity was there a couple different times tonight but it was just not enough.

One more game in the dome and then it will really be the last ever twins game in the dome. Then in 2011 people will start with the moaning about too cold for a game, to wet for a game etc etc etc. Just the way that people are! Take care and N Joy the Hunt././Jimbo

17 LOB. How did we lose this game? Delmon Young is batting 0.000. Just pop the ball into the outfield for a sac fly for crying out loud. These guys choked tonight. Real shame, but we've been seeing this all year. Just not for the last 3 weeks.

      got this tackled today took about 3 hours to get both sides done. Didnt even get to use a torch....   Thought I was golden with just jacking it up and I could get to everything but no luck. Had to remove the entire axle hub and brake assembly to get to what I needed. Was a pain but still better then taking off the entire pivot arm.    Axle bearings were already greased and in great shape thankfully. Got both leaf springs installed and its ready for the road again.   Probably going to have my electric brakes checked, I am not touching anything with the brake drums. Based on what I saw it doesn't look like my electric brakes have been working anyway. Brakes are nice to have if its slippery out

      Chicken mine,  melded in Mccormick poultry seasoning for 24 hours.  Grill will get a break till the frigid temps go away!

      we had some nice weather yesterday and this conundrum was driving me crazy  so I drove up to the house to take another look. I got a bunch of goodies via ups yesterday (cables,  winch ratchet parts, handles, leaf springs etc).   I wanted to make sure the new leaf springs I got fit. I got everything laid out and ready to go. Will be busy this weekend with kids stuff and too cold to fish anyway, but I will try to get back up there again next weekend and get it done. I don't think it will be bad once I get it lifted up.    For anyone in the google verse, the leaf springs are 4 leafs and measure 25 1/4" eye  to eye per Yetti. I didnt want to pay their markup so just got something else comparable rated for the same weight.   I am a first time wheel house owner, this is all new to me. My house didn't come with any handles for the rear cables? I was told this week by someone in the industry that cordless drills do not have enough brake to lower it slow enough and it can damage the cables and the ratchets in the winches.  I put on a handle last night and it is 100% better than using a drill, unfortatenly I found out the hard way lol and will only use the ICNutz to raise the house now.
