PDOGG
Gruden is hired. Gruden would be a nice addition but I am going with 12-4 either way. I won't predict on the playoff's 'till I see more. I am still sore over '98! Ha!
Born2Fish
98 chops my hide a LOT still too....Which is why I won't predict the playoffs either. Give it 7 games into the season then I will know.
grpd
IMO the vikes record may depend on where the team is at in the schedule when and if the William's duel get suspended
Jarrod32
The Favre deal was finalized when the Vikes got a $4500 rebate from the government in the cash-for-clunkers program.Assuming Favre starts all year (highly unlikely...the guy broke down half way through last season), he had better win at least 9 games to claim a winning record with the Vikes...because T-Jack can make that claim (10-9 as a starter). EyeGuide
Give it 7 games into the season then I will know. That's like saying.. show me the winning loto numbers, then I'll buy a ticket You have to guess. 11-5 with or without #4!

walleyeking19
well since t-jack and gus had just as good numbers as favre did last year, i would have to say 9-7 and missing the playoffs cause the packers finish 10-6.
Hoffer
You guys are smoking crack - where do you find that in Canada Outfitter They will be lucky to go 9-7. Maybe eak out a wild card spot. Lets get serious.

dcmusky
After his opening performance I think he looked exactly what he is, a 40 year old QB that should of given it up 2 years ago!

Big Dave2
6-10. Chilli wont have the ballz to pull Favre out when he should. Then next year we get a new QB and a new coach Wrong!
Big Dave2
7-9 because Peterson has the worst hands in the league and it won't matter who the QB is. Wrong as well!
Big Dave2
8 and 8 or 9and 7 depends on who we play after the by weak. Thats when Favre gets hurt. 9 and 7 if he gets hurt. Dont forget We still have Chilli and no quarterback can over come that. Wrong too!

Scott K
Your right, I was wrong. Chili had the balz to pull him, although I am sure he will never do it again! Oh, ya, and my prediction was a little off as well. But I am happy I was wrong!

we are 'the leading edge' HSO Creators Rick Posted January 4, 2010 we are 'the leading edge' HSO Creators Share Posted January 4, 2010 It's the only thing that is even debatable about any of your statements or predictions. Everything else you stated or predicted with respect to the Vikes is just plain incorrect or based on your fuzzy math.

Good Job! We didn't really deserve the Baltimore win since we all but gave it away in the 4th. And I wish I was wrong about that Bears game. I can't believe the Vikes got the first round bye anyway, but am really pumped about it. No playoff predictions from me, but I am a lot more optimistic after watching the last 90 minutes of gametime.
