MN Shutterbug
I used to be happy with a blue sky background. Now, I find I'm happier with clouds. It adds a little more drama to the shots.
Birdsong
It especially adds to the third. Second one has that cool 3D effect. Are these from Rush Lake WR?
Steve Foss
Nice ones, Mike! I really like the first image. Sweet look at habitat as well as geese.

eyeguy 54
Me too, that second image is awesome! Something about the blurry background really makes the bird pop out.

MN Shutterbug
It especially adds to the third. Second one has that cool 3D effect. Are these from Rush Lake WR? Yes, these were from Black Rush Lake WR. I had planned on going again the next morning, so as to get the sun from the other direction, but got talked into going fishing instead. I made the right decision. I brought home my limit of brown trout and fried them up that evening. Yummy! I went back to the WR yesterday morning, but the wind was almost strong enough to blow me over. So, went fishing again. I caught another limit, including a small rainbow trout. One went back and 4 went in the freezer. Other than my mother's Dr's appt. in Sioux Falls, which took the better part of the afternoon, it was a good week. The weekend may be a different story. Thanks all, for your comments.
