That is an odd mark, but hey maybe its a 3rd main beam popping up and you will have yourself a dandy non-typical in a few years.

Neither have i code-man! I went from seeing numerous bucks to seeing only does and fawns! Darn things dissapeared on me!

I moved my trail camera again this week to try another piece of the property. sucks only having one trail camera and 3.5 miles of river bottom!

Ive run a bunch of cameras for about 4 years now and it never fails, hundreds of buck pictures.... and the day the velvet comes off I cant find them ANYWHERE! Oaks, trails, bait, it doesnt matter... its like the month of september they are just invisible. Then October, they start to show again....

Anyone else experience this? Have any opinions why?

I did find a nice scrape about a week ago so I put a camera on it, i got 5 different bucks coming into it almost daily... but still only one decent one. Maybe there are on the move more than one thinks....? Frustrating getting nothing in a weeks time when I KNOW they are there.....

I had a bachelor group coming into the food plot every night for about a 10 day stretch. Then around the first week of Sep about the time the velvet started to come off, they disappeared for about 5 days. I'll get one on cam every few days but they're not on any set pattern anymore and definitely moving later in the day.

Yep they are on the move you can allways tell by the increase of dead ones on the road and it has picked up greatly

Got one shooter and one I will let slide this year.Hope I can see the bigger one during shooting hours. But the smaller one probably wont make it this year the DNR is making sure of that. If your going to make people shoot only bucks have antler restictions at the same time. Sorry felt like venting! Only youths can take does in my area this year. What choice do people have but to shoot all the small bucks they see.

Arrow he's a dandy. I Finally had a decent one come through... got one picture of him last year right after Thanksgiving and that was it. Glad to see he's still alive.
