nofishfisherman
I'll wager a paycheck that he won't be here. No way Chilly wants to deal with him again and I'm not sure if TO would even want to come here. Like said in many other threads, we don't have the quality QB needed to lure top tier WR's who demand the ball.
Jim Uran
who says we won't have a good QB by the time the draft rolls in.
Born2Fish
I guess I will be the first to say bring on TO! Sure the guy has a ton of baggage(can any of us say that we are not used to that in minnesota sports?). But I look at it this way: He is better than anything we have for WR right now. He would instantly open up our running game even more. How much do you really think TO and chilly actually have against each other? Probably not much. The brunt of the controversy was between TO and McNabb. I really can not recall any squabbles between TO and chilly(please correct me if I am wrong here). He has been in all big markets(San Fran, Philly, Dallas), so maybe a smaller market would do him good? As far as the other teams he "might" go to. Oakland, I believe they learned their lesson with Moss. Patriots, won't happen period. After the Vikes, I can see the Titans,Steelers,or Colts being front runners. The Donk
Whatever happened to "the culture of accountability"?? If Chilly sticks by that, there is no way he would end up here. Did anyone see the ESPN nationwide poll of "would you want TO on your team?" only 26% said yes, and he couldnt get the majority in one state. That says it all, just retire and invest your money in gangs or drugs like you would have anyways, Terrell
FISHINGURU
For real though, if you read all the articles about where will TO be next season, a lot of them mention Minnesota. 90% of the media are tools....ofcourse they mention us because we just lost out on TJ and everyone knows we need help at WR.the facts are T.O will want to get paid, chilly hates him, he's a cry baby whiner, the vikes want guys with good character....seriously though i bet T.O. is the last wr in the league chilly would want in MN.anything can happen when teams want to win though..no doubt he's a mean WR on the field.i feel bad for anyone that would rather make a run for T.O over braylon or boldin. ozzie
this could be the best thing chilly has done for us.....has had a past with TO and won't even consider bringing him here!!!! let the guy go to the Canadian Football League......... walleyehunter80
I want to win weather or not it means bringing a P O S guy like TO to minnesota, and it would also be nice if we could get cuttler to throw him the ball, sorry sage nothing against you! Jim Uran
Whether or not TO comes here, he's still a meat head. If he was wearing purple, it's hard to hate a guy if he's productive. Look at Moss and all of his B S we had to put up with, and I was mad when they got rid of him.
Jim Uran
This is from Yahoo SportsTerrell Owens is still technically the property of the Dallas Cowboys, so it would be against league rules for other teams to go on record as saying they are or aren't interesting in acquiring his services (though that hasn't stopped the Redskins).ProFootballTalk.com, though, is keeping a list of teams that have made it known to them through "league sources" that they have no interest in Owens. As of right now, that list includes:The Dallas Cowboys. The New York Giants. The Washington Redskins. The Baltimore Ravens. The San Francisco 49ers.The Minnesota Vikings. The Atlanta Falcons. The Cleveland Browns. And the Eagles and Dolphins are listed as teams that are expected to join the list soon. Donovan McNabb and Bill Parcells are the president vice president of the "Terrell Owens Deserves a Giant Wedgie Club."

lovetheice
TO is a cancer, draft a reciever before getting that jerk. I agree, let him play in Canada
Born2Fish
So from the responses we are all pretty happy with what we have right now? I, for one, am not. I do not believe there is a receiver in the draft that will help us in the immediate future(one that we can get with 22). Who in here knows for sure(without a shadow of a doubt) that TO was as bad as advertised? Do we not think the media had a bit part to play in any of that? How many former TO teammates have actually said that he was horrible for a locker room? I do think I have heard more people that are on TO's side than against him. Tip Up Rookie
TO is always comes across as a top notch guy the first year. Sign him to a one year deal to catch TDs. He has been awesome on my fantasy team the past few years.
Jim Uran
Dude this isn't madden 09 we are talking about, he's a cancer. He kills the locker room. Sure he's talented but he's a d i c k head too.
Tip Up Rookie
its football, locker room drama is for that soap opera they call sportcenter. no one can question the guys effort on the field. Who else is going to cry about how much they love thier qb?

bhs91
2nd most dropped passes last year...he is a donkey...I hope someone in the NFC takes a chance on him, one less super bowl contender once the TO virus hits the locker room
BrianLucky13
Vikings should pick up TO, Vick, Plexico, and PackMan. Then rename the team The Minnesota Crips. They might win games though, you never know!!!
Tip Up Rookie
wasnt that the same formula the packers used when they had favre on pills and chumura hanging out with his teenage babysitter? That is ok, they had reggie white to forgive thier sins. Born2Fish
HAHA Very serious. All I am saying is he is spades above everything else we have on our team right now. I am not even going to try and imagine what that would do for AP.
glenn57
granted he may be a talented reciever, but why would ANY team want him? he is a cancer and there aint enough radiation or chemo drugs to cure it.
