leech--hunt the area around here and than 3 weeks in schoolcraft in the wall tent. manage to fill the book of tickets from the DNR.

added turkeys to keep busy the last five years before fishing season. hunting S.D.,Minn. and N.Y. this year.

58 here and still bow hunting. Like Harvey said, it's a little tougher getting up trees but some of the newer climbers make it a whole lot easier.

I've got an uncle that will be 77 this year and he's still climbing trees and hanging tree stands. I hope I'm in that good of shape at that age.

If you have to ask, then you already know. If you want to keep hunting, but are finding it harder to get up and down, then use a ground blind. Just change your set up to work for you. Do what you love until you dont love it anymore, otherwise compensate to keep yourself out there.

I agree with most of you I just started hunting last year because I didn't think I would like it. Now this year I m also getting into bow hunting it's a little harder. I also plan to hunt for as long as I can.

I just turned 50 last year, that’s the cutoff when lifetime licenses become cheaper, I sent in the money for both my lifetime archery and lifetime deer firearm licenses last month, I figure it takes 14 years at current prices to get my money back, I plan to still be hunting then. I may not be climbing trees, but lots of ground stand opportunities. The deer licenses join my lifetime fishing and small game licenses. They'll be cremating me with my camo clothes on.

You got it. I also may need to hunt on the ground but if it works, I will still be climbing trees at 70.
